• Room Policy: During peak hours, private rooms are reserved for only 10 minutes. Please arrive on time; if needed, a waiting lounge will be provided.

• Refund & Reschedule Policy:

  • Rescheduling is not available; please cancel and rebook if you need to change the time.

  • Free cancellation is available until 11:59 PM (local time) on the day before your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
