🎫 Ticket Collection Instructions

1. Required Documents

   Please bring the traveler’s mobile phone, valid ID, and e-voucher to exchange for a paper ticket at the designated location.

2. Ticket Collection Point

   Address: In front of Mr. Burger Pizza & Burger Shop, Xingping Ancient Town, Yangshuo (see map location on this page).

   

3. Collection Time

   07:00–16:50 (ticket exchange for the Xingping–Nine Horses route closes at 15:00).

4. Entry Process

   After collecting your paper ticket, take the scenic shuttle bus (about 10–15 minutes) to Xingping Chaobanshan Pier, then queue in order to board the bamboo raft.

• Capacity per raft: max 4 passengers (shared basis, or purchase extra seats if fewer).

• Pregnant women, intoxicated persons, people with mobility difficulties or mental illness are not allowed

• No pets allowed

⛑️ Safety

• Life jackets must be worn at all times

• Follow staff instructions during boarding and cruising

• Walking, playing in water, or operating the raft is strictly forbidden

• In case of sudden bad weather, rafts will return to shore for safety

📦 Belongings

• Valuables and fragile items (e.g. phones, cameras, electronics) are not recommended on the raft. Please store them in advance or protect them properly. If you insist on bringing them, you are responsible for any loss or damage.
