Showtime

🕗 Showtime: 8:00 PM

There is usually one regular evening show per day.
If an extra show is added or the time changes, your confirmed booking time will apply.

Please arrive on time and allow enough time for ticket collection and entry.

Ticket Options & Seating Areas

Tickets are divided by seat area, not by specific seat number.

🔴 A Tickets / 壹品票
Located in the red seating area.
Total capacity: around 150 seats.

🟢 B Tickets / 贰品票
Located in the green seating area.
Total capacity: around 200 seats.

🔵 C Tickets / 叁品票
Located in the blue seating area.
Total capacity: around 147 seats.

Each table usually has two rows:
front row with 2 seats + back row with 3 seats, for a total of 5 guests per table.
Some C Ticket tables may seat 4 guests.

Important Seating Note

Specific seat numbers cannot be selected in advance.

Your ticket type only confirms your seating area: A, B, or C.
The exact seat number will be assigned by the venue system on the show day according to the booking order.

This means earlier booking usually gives better seat assignment within the same ticket area.
Seat assignment is not based on what time you arrive or collect your ticket.

Seats are limited, especially for popular dates and better seating areas.

If your selected date or ticket type is no longer available, we will contact you and you may choose to:

Children Policy

👧 Children under 1.3 meters may enter for free if they do not occupy a seat.

A free child must be accompanied by a paying adult.
If the child is over 1.3 meters or needs a separate seat, a regular ticket is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation time is based on Beijing Time.

You may cancel before:

⏰ 11:59 PM, 2 days before your reserved show date

For example, for a May 10 show, cancellation must be requested before 11:59 PM Beijing Time on May 8.

After this deadline, once the ticket has been confirmed, refund or changes may not be available.
