• First entry must match your reserved time slot and entrance gate (East, South, West, etc.)

• Failure to comply may result in denied entry

• Re-entry on following days (within ticket validity) is flexible — no time or gate restrictions apply

📌Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your reservation time.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will not be refunded.

• No-shows will not be refunded.
