Please book at least 7 days in advance and complete the payment upon reservation.
We will confirm your booking within 2 business days.
If the reservation cannot be accommodated, you will receive a full refund.

VIP Seats: As shown in the diagram (limited availability)
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your reservation time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a 20% cancellation fee per person.
No-shows will not be refunded.
Future 15-Day Reservation Policy:
The restaurant opens seat reservations for the next 15 days. Guests can select a date from the calendar and submit a booking request. We will confirm reservations for dates within 2–15 days in 2 working days. If the requested seat type (e.g., VIP) is not available, or if guests are not satisfied with the seating arrangement, a full refund will be provided.

After drop-off, enter through the South Gate, and Building 27 is just inside.
Shuyanf is located on the 1st floor of the building. Look for signage at the entrance.
Take Chengdu Metro Line 8 and get off at Dongjiao Memory Station (东郊记忆站).
Use Exit B1 / B1出口 of the station, then walk or follow signage to Building 27 in the South Gate area of Eastern Suburb Memory.
The restaurant is located on the 1st floor of Building 27.
Set your navigation to “东郊记忆南大门停车场” (Eastern Suburb Memory South Gate Parking Lot).
After parking, enter the venue via the South Gate, and walk to Building 27.
